PWA 2011 Annual General Meeting
Pemberton Wildlife Association members -
please be advised that our clubs Annual General Meeting will be
held at 7pm on Wednesday, February 2, 2011, Room 109 of
the Meadows Community Centre, 7567 Meadows Road, Pemberton ,
BC.
Annual elections will be held at this meeting. A draft
agenda is attached for your interest.
Our Nominating Committee is seeking nominations for the following
positions:
President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership
Coordinator, Director
Committees : Archery, Rifle, Handgun, Trap, Sharpshooters,
Fisheries, Wildlife, Trails, Forestry, Website, Fundraising
We need a minimum of nine directors according to our Bylaws.
These folks may serve in any of the capacities listed above - in
the past we have often requested that our Directors serve as the
Chair of a Committee.
Please keep in mind that the committees are what drives the
club. Your executive is kept busy with the business of
running the club - it is the committees that tackle the interesting
projects.
